Therapy
Our practice provides tailored psychological support for adults navigating life's challenges and seeking to support their mental wellbeing. We have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, as well as supporting clients through workplace issues, bullying, and social skills development. By integrating evidence-based therapeutic frameworks including CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, trauma informed practice and EMDR we help individuals manage stress, navigate life transitions, and build resilience.
We understand that no two people are the same, which is why therapy is tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances. Whether you are looking for support through a challenging period, help to better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, or treatment for a specific mental health condition, sessions are adapted to meet you where you are and what will be most helpful for you.
Our approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and focused on helping you build practical strategies for everyday life while also addressing the deeper factors that may be keeping you stuck. This allows treatment to be responsive, flexible, and grounded in approaches with strong clinical support for a range of concerns.

Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is available for psychologists and other mental health professionals seeking a reflective, supportive, and development-focused space to strengthen their practice. As an AHPRA Board-approved supervisor, supervision is offered to provisional psychologists completing the 4+2 and 5+1 pathways, psychologists undertaking the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program, psychologists, and other practitioners including counsellors, therapists, and mental health social workers.
Supervision is tailored to your stage of practice, professional goals, and work context. Sessions may focus on building clinical confidence and competence, deepening case formulation skills, and supporting ethical, evidence-based decision-making. Assessments
We provide comprehensive diagnostic and educational assessments for adults and children, tailored to the needs of the individual, with a focus on understanding strengths, challenges, and the supports that may be most helpful. Assessments may be used to clarify attention, learning, developmental, or mental health concerns, and are conducted in a thorough, thoughtful, and evidence-based way.
We offer assessments for Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), mental health concerns, and Specific Learning Disorders affecting reading, writing, and mathematics, including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. Each assessment is designed to answer the specific referral question and provide clear, practical recommendations for next steps at home, school, work, or in treatment, and may also be used to support applications for NDIS funding or supports where appropriate.
A comprehensive assessment typically includes an extensive clinical interview, cognitive and psychometric testing, review of relevant background information, a detailed written report, tailored recommendations, and a feedback session to talk through the findings and discuss practical supports moving forward.
